Cathy Cavanagh from United Way Northumberland, pictured above with Alan, along with a number of professionals and industry leaders, enjoyed listening to Alan's exciting climb to Mount Everest and related it to reaching our own new heights in human performance and leadership!

It provides a way to show their commitment to supporting employee and workplace mental hwalth. (Mindful Employer is not always "doing it tight". It signifies an awareness of the impact we have on the mental health of others in the workplace and an intention to support a mentally healthy workplace).
